Once received, we carry out a full professional diagnostic to identify the exact fault.
You will then receive a clear, transparent repair quote.
No work is carried out without your approval.
For customers choosing our £210 fixed-price repair, we proceed directly with the agreed repair once your machine arrives.

Collection or Drop-Off
If you are in Hull, Scunthorpe, Grimsby, Lincoln or a nearby area, if you are outside this area we can arrange a courier collection if you can box up the machine
Many customers also choose to drop machines off at our Barton-upon-Humber workshop.

Professional Repair & Return
Once approved, we complete the repair using quality parts and fully test your machine before return.

We offer a fixed price repair of £210 which includes collection of machine, repair and then return.

*please note boiler repairs and boiler descales are not included in the fixed price repair

The Coffee Repair Clinic is an approved Rocket Espresso repairer, offering specialist repairs and servicing for Rocket domestic espresso machines.
Previously known as The Coffee Medics, we now continue our Rocket repair support under our new name from our workshop in Barton-upon-Humber.
Whether your Rocket machine needs a service, diagnostic inspection, warranty support or repair, our team can help.
PUQpress Repairs UK
We now offer specialist PUQpress repairs, with a convenient UK-wide postal service. Following dedicated PUQpress technical training, we can diagnose, repair and test a wide range of PUQpress automatic tampers. Simply send your faulty unit to our workshop in Barton-upon-Humber and we'll get it back up and running. Repairs are £110 labour + parts and return postage.

Can I send my coffee machine from anywhere in the UK?
Yes, we accept suitable machines by courier from customers throughout the UK. Contact us with the brand and model before sending it.
Should I send my machine immediately?
No. Please complete our repair form first and wait for confirmation and packing instructions.
How should I pack my machine?
Empty the water tank, drip tray and bean hopper, allow the machine to dry. Use the original packaging where possible or a strong box with generous protection around every side.
Should I include accessories?
Only include accessories that may be connected to the fault or that we specifically request. Tell us what you have placed inside the box.
How much does a repair cost?
We offer a fixed price of £210 which includes delivery charges, parts and labour. Aternatively send your machine to us and we can diagnose it for £40 then provide a parts and labour quote
What happens if my machine cannot be repaired?
We’ll explain the available options, including returning the machine to you. Diagnostic and delivery charges may still apply.
How long will the repair take?
Repair times depend on the fault and availability of parts. We’ll provide an estimated timescale after reviewing your repair request.
Do you still offer local repairs?
Yes. Workshop drop-off, local collection and selected home visits remain available around Barton-upon-Humber, Hull, Scunthorpe, Grimsby and Lincoln.
