Pack the unit securely and send it to The Coffee Repair Clinic in Barton-upon-Humber.

We recommend using a tracked and adequately insured delivery service.

3. Diagnosis

We'll inspect and diagnose your PUQpress.

If replacement parts are required, we'll confirm the additional parts cost before proceeding where appropriate.

4. Repair & Test

We'll carry out the repair and thoroughly test the PUQpress before it leaves our workshop.

5. Return Delivery

Once the repair is complete and payment has been received, we'll arrange secure return delivery back to you.
